''' BEYOND -HANDOUTS- BULLYING '''

*For student billionaire Faraz Majeed and family* : The World Students Society owes and applauds : Many an admiring debts of gratitude-

For the entire families  outstanding   *complete rations contributions*  to all of the vicinity areas around Islamabad, Pakistan,  in the Holy Month of Ramadan.  *Few fellow humans went unfulfilled, and even fewer unquenched*.

The World Students Society also thanks local  businessman Mr. Gulzar Abbasi for ensuring exceptional execution : appropriate, fair, timely and just.

*Facing Down Impossible Economic Math* :

*TO ILLUSTRATE THE BURDENS*  of exploding populations. just for many moments :   *imagine these nations scaled up to the size of the United States* which generated :

On average,  129,000  new jobs a month last year. Just to tread water  -the dismal status quo-  an American size Tanzania would have to produce 636,000 jobs monthly, without cease.

*Monthly Equivalent Job Growth Needed in Thousands* :               Honduras : 277, Nigeria : 310, Guatemala : 381,  Zambia : 518, Chad : 521, Niger: 534, Madagascar : 578, Ethiopia : 588, Burkina Faso : 589, Uganda : 623

Humanity has grown as expected since the warnings about  global overpopulation of the 1960s.  Decades of  United Nations projections for the year 2000   came within- 3 percent  of the actual total-

*Making the U.N.'s 9.7 billion prediction for 2050 both credible and alarming*

PRE-EMINENT -  PRE-EMINENT  among acts of splendid big giving is Bill Gates, the Microsoft magnate, whose foundation has dished out more than $31 billion plus since 2000.

George Soros, a Hungarian-born American financier, and his  Open Society Foundation argue for transparency in aid, budgets and contracts.

The Gatsby Charitable Foundation, started by Lord [David Sanisbury], a British retailer advises African governments  and businesses on improving supply chains.

Another Britain, Sir Christopher Hohn, a financier, has spent more than $1.5 billion since 2006 via his Children's Investment Fund Foundation [CIFF} on spreading the crucial message that improving young children's health leads to big benefits later in life.

For the past 15 years Mo Ibrahim, a Sundanese-born British telecoms magnate, has drawn up an index of African Governance.

''Peer pressure'' does work,'' says Bjorn Lomborg, a Dane who runs the Post-2015 Consensus, an attempt to identify which  Sustainable Goal Developments [SDGs] should be given priority.

Standards of Governance in Africa have clearly improved in the past generation, despite backsliding here and there.

Mr. Bill Gates stresses that his foundation [like !WOW! -the World Students Society] is a catalyst and not an implementer. Other bodies, including governments, can and should do the heavy lifting.

Convinced, in the words of one of his aides, that  ''technology can fix everything'', he searches for innovative ways to lift  up the poor, for instance by drawing them into a  banking system and working out how to insure poor pastoralists livestock.
And so we have  Lesotho  today  -echoing Malthus. not the future intended by aid agencies. Everyone should pay attention.

As Europe faces huge waves of migrants, those masses are dwarfed by the number of poor and weak families seeking refuge within their own or nearby countries.

In Somalia, more than a million are internally displaced, while some 885,000 have migrated to neighboring countries with displaced populations of their own.

Unfortunately, the  Trump administration seems bent on exacerbating the problem.

Apart from cutting aid for family planning, it has now backed out of the global Paris agreements that seeks to avert the most devastating impacts of climate change, even-

As rising sea levels and drought-related famines threaten to create tens of millions of new migrants.

The Trump Solution : Build a Wall.

A wall just won't work, Mr. President, Sir, against rising tides if people, any more than it would hold back the seas-

With respectful dedication to the Leaders, Parents, Students, Professors and Teachers of the World. See Ya all on !WOW!  -the World Students Society and Twitter- !E-WOW!   -the Ecosystem 2011:
