Murray win ATP World Tour Finals title, clinch year-end number 1 ranking

Andy Murray beat Novak Djokovic 6-3 6-4 to win his first ATP World Tour Finals title and secure year-end world number one ranking at London's O2 Arena.

Four time champion Djokovic was stunned by an emphatic Murray who recorded his career best winning streak of 24 matches.

Murray won the first set comfortably and got two break lead early in second set as Djokovic's unforced errors mounted. The serb put a late fight getting back one break and saving two match points but Murray held on the third opportunity to carve his name in the history.

Murray recieved tributes from all over the world and Roger Federer praised both the players.
