Regular coffee drinkers have 'cleaner' arteries

Moderate drinkers of coffee are found to show less signs of heart disease.

Korean researchers studied more than 25, 000 persons who underwent routine health checks and found that who drink 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day were less likely to have calcium deposits in their coronary arteries meaning than those who drink more than this or none at all.

The study authors say more research is needed to confirm and explain the link.
