Lance Armstrong Ordered To Pay $10 Million in Bonus Dispute

Court has ordered disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong to pay a sports insurance company $10 million in damages.

SCA Promotions used to pay the cyclist bonuses but then refused to pay in 2004 when doping accusations surfaced. Armstrong testified in court that he had never used performance-enhancing drugs getting back his bonuses.

“I race the bike straight up fair and square,” Armstrong testified, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The company took the matter to court after Armstrong admitted to doping in 2013.
