Microsoft releases cheap internet phone

Microsoft unveiled the Nokia 215 low cost phone.

Microsoft launched a traditional Nokia phone that costs only $29 and brings 2G Internet browsing experience to users.

Nokia 215 uses the Opera mini browser, is pre-loaded with Microsoft's Bing search engine app, Facebook, Messenger and Twitter, according to a blog post from Microsoft.

The device is aimed to target emerging markets.
