The STRESSES of Stress !

Weather its your job , your finances , your responsibilities , your family ,self worth or more , stress will always have a surprisingly highly taxing effect on your body ! According to the new field of PNI ( Psychoneuroendocrinological immunology ) the brain when stressed releases a bunch or harmful toxins that can be detrimental to your health .


LINK between STRESS and ILLNESS 


To put this simply from my understandings : 
STRESS = TOXINS 
When the body is stressed these toxins are poorly eliminated if at all .All your bodies functions and processes are hindered in times of stress and nothing will be working as per usual .Compromised body processes often mean compromised body and a compromised body means compromised cells and that is the definition of cancer and other terminal illnesses . 

IF TOXIN INPUT IS GREATER THAN OUTPUT YOU HAVE THE PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR MANY TERMINAL ILLNESSES. 

Illnesses that are  linked to stress :

Cancer
  1. Heart disease.
  2. Premature death
  3. Asthma. 
  4. Obesity. 
  5. Diabetes. 
  6. Headaches. 
  7. Depression and anxiety. 
  8. Alzheimer's disease. 
  9. Accelerated ageing
  10. Premature death.
  11. Miscarriages 
  12. Rhenalds disease 
  13. Insomnia 
  14. Lymphoma 
  15. and many many more ! ( most lightly all diaereses have a chance to arise from stress as well as other facts like food environment , mental input , pathogens etc ) 
  16. A study looked at the health effects of stress by studying elderly caregivers looking after their spouses
  17. People who are naturally under a great deal of stress. It found that caregivers had a 63% higher rate of death than people their age who were not caregivers."
  18. AS you MAY have noticed …yes …STRESS MAKES YOU FAT ! 
  19. stress and its hormones slow down your metabolic functions and enzymes which lead to weight gain ! 
  20. SO next time you decide to give something the importance it does not deserve by stressing remember what its doing to your body and your Health . And remember , many Psychologists and trained life couches and other professionals and studies indicate 
  21. that many situations are best solved and belt with to active he best possible results whilst calm and calculated .
  22. Maybe it would take some time to emotionally train ourselves to respond in such manor but treating things with discernment may lead to much happier healthier and more fulfilling lives.
