Salt is most popular preferred and loved additive on ever ones table . Part of all the words quinine's and very much so part of essential processes in our body .Salt is an essential mineral that the taste of is preferred by many by why are we so afraid of it ? We have been made to believe its the cause of cardiovascular decease , high blood pressure , Stomach cancer,stroke etc..
Now something were all gonna have to come to terms with is that Research is not always correct .The test are not always fair , there is not a lot of say that the patients that got these that ate a lot of salt wasn't predisposed to these diseases for any other reason that were not taken into consideration .For example  :
  • Stress  (which we all know distress health and is defiantly directly linked to high blood pressure) 
  • Oder dietary components ( acidic food consumption like high intake on animal products )
  • Lifestyle choices ( not exercising , drinking ,smoking etc
THERE IS MANY OTHER THINGS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION BUT THERE TO NAME JUST A FEW.

WHAT SALT ?

Disregarding all the flaws of research for the sake of arguments lets presume that salt is what is causing these issue to people . SO , what is the most commonly used salt ? Table salt of course . The cheapest and most distributed and manufactured salt. 

WHAT IS IN TABLE SALT ? 


Table salt is made of of 3 things of equal parts . 1/3 salt , 1/3 Sand  and 1/3 Glass !!! 
Surprised ? …Good , though I'm sure you'll no longer be surprised that it damages the stomach , the arteries and gains and causes bits of it to get dislodged and caused a stroke and all the rest of the issues like gold stones etc can defiantly be put down to sand and glass. Salt is water soluble as many sea lover will know , that is why sea water is salty .

What salt is good salt ?

























Rock sea salt in your own grinder is a great alternative . Because of the positions in today's seas act , there is one better alternative than that ! Pink  Hymalayam salt ! It is mined meaning no pollution has gotten to it , not only does it contribute the the body functions above but as it has all the essential minerals in it it benefits your body even more so greatly !!!! The great news is it is a very similar price to the sea salt and even sea salt can be doing for $1.49 in a grinder at most stores (e.g. ALDI ) Not only that it taste exactly if not better than actual salt ! 

What is salt good for  in the body ? 

  • Salt is vital to the extraction of excess acidity from the cells of the body, particularly the brain cells.
  • Salt aids in balancing blood sugar levels.
  • Salt is needed for the absorption of foods particles through the intestinal tract.
  • Salt clears the lungs of mucus plugs and sticky phlegm, particularly in those suffering from asthma and cystic fibrosis.
  • Salt is a strong natural antihistamine.
  • Salt can aid in prevention of muscle cramps.
  • Salt is needed in order to make the structure of the bones firm.
  • and many many more … 

Personally , i do not think people should reduce the amount of salt they eat but rather the type of salt , and adjusting the rest of their lifestyle ! Mediterranean countries have rates a lot lower than these deceases and the add salt a lot more than america and UK , world leaders of these deceases . But to consider the fact that UK and america eat a lot more pre packed pre flavored meals that contain a lot more of the bad salts and mass quantities along with additives and other miracle flavorings that make you progressively ill . 

SALTS ARE USED FOR THERAPY 

Salt caves have been used for thousands of years for those with breathing difficulties to clear up things like asthma  and strengthen the lungs and linings .

Epson salt baths , relief muscle aches as it is packed with magnesium , cramps , sooth and heals skin and flushes toxins , reduces wrinkles , and some say it even gets ride of hangovers ! Children with autism also widely benefit from these salts .
