How Much Is Kate's Ring Worth Now?

THE DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE's engagement ring has been valued at £300,000 - a tenfold increase from what it was valued at in 1981.

Originally belonging to Princess Diana, the ring was valued at £28,000 when Prince Charles presented her with it upon their engagement. The inherited jewel comprises a 12-carat sapphire which is surrounded by 14 diamonds and is worth three times more than the Queen's engagement ring which is valued at £100,000.

The value of both royal jewels are dwarfed, however, by BeyoncĂ©'s engagement ring which was valued at £2.7 million 2007 - reports the Daily Express - and is now valued at £5.8 million.
