In the world of relentless research a new acme of the business model has emerged, The Beta Positive.Frankly, this is now tooted as the immaculate model of 21st century life.So, consider this and make a note but we at the  Student Angel Mother must give you a peep at the experience we encountered.

Every time we thought we had seen a low in human behavior, we came across something lower. That was truly truly disturbing. The warped and vicious foaming at the mouth, the vituperation all around, and the words of the entire ecosystem of the Educational works.My very own thinking and then that of Samurai was that if Hell is the place  where wicked souls burn, there were many groups who qualified for the Head of the Line!

But care not, as everything is well documented for the Sam Museum of History.

And then, and then,there is The Beta Negative, --one who tries to be an Alpha by carping and plotting behind the Boss or the Leader's back and constantly jockeying for position --can, with his inability to listen, to praise or take responsibility,be a greater cause of tension than the Alpha himself. The Beta Positive, meanwhile, sees colleagues  not as a threat but as an asset, or not an asset, as the case maybe --and this isn't some hippy thing. He doesn't work to rule, but nor does he stay late to impress or to get a lead on the rest of the team. And he has a conscience, It's not good enough to say that he was only obeying orders, and he's not likely to volunteer for any project that answers the question, "Who is going to o well out of this?" with just one name.

The Beta Positive will be the most popular person around you, which of course is lovely for him but also vitally important. Alpha doesn't care what else someone else thinks, but some wisely used B+ power can iron out politics and spread love where the Alpha never could. -it is that very old thing we called "morale". Some of the B+'s greener, more wide-eyed  colleagues may even whisper that things would be much better around here if he were in charge. But let's get straight to truth: Humans have a lot of evolving to do much before then.
